Hi, I’m Defne

My Approach

My approach to therapy is relational and integrative. I draw from psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic, and emotion-focused frameworks to support a deeper understanding of your internal world. Rather than offering quick fixes, I focus on helping you build insight, emotional awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Relational & Collaborative

Therapy is a shared process, built on trust, openness, and a genuine connection.

A Space To Be Understood

A place where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect.

Insight & Integration

We work toward deeper self-understanding while integrating emotional and embodied experiences.

Thoughtful & Attuned Care

I prioritize creating a space that feels steady and emotionally attuned, where you can show up fully as you are.
